Majorana box: crossover between uncorrelated Andreev reection and teleportation

Alexander Shnirman

We consider a Majorana box with normal leads in the regime of a relatively weak Coulomb blockade. For vanishing charging energy (grounded box) the result of Bolech and Demler [1] applies and the Andreev currents in the two leads are not correlated. In the regime of a very strong Coulomb blockade the phenomenon of teleportation was predicted by Fu in Ref. [2], i.e., a perfect correlation between the currents. Using the technique developed in Ref. [3] we consider the intermediate regime and describe the crossover between the two limits.
